IBCC Attestation Overview
The Government of Pakistan authorizes IBCC to attest certificates and diplomas at the Secondary and Higher Secondary/Intermediate levels. All certificates should be verified by the concerned Board before submitting them for attestation at IBCC.
Verification Process
Verification of certificates must be completed by the respective Board of Education (Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education or Board of Technical Education). Verification is valid for six months from the issue date and must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the application.
Attestation Requirements
IBCC will only attest certificates that have been verified by the respective issuing authority. For private institutions, certificates must be verified from the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) or Board of Technical Education (BTE), and proof of affiliation or registration is required.

- Private institution certificates require proof of affiliation or registration
- Original certificates must be attested first, followed by photocopies
- Attestation can be completed on the same day if the certificate meets all requirements
- If a certificate is found fake, it will be forfeited, and action will be taken
