Educational Documents

  • Matric / Intermediate Certificates: Attestation required from Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC).
  • University Degrees: Attestation from Higher Education Commission (HEC); Medical degrees require additional attestation from Ministry of National Health Services.
  • Certificates of Technical Skills: Attested by local technical boards and NAVTTC.
  • Equivalence Certificates: Required for documents from abroad, attested by IBCC and HEC.
  • Results Cards and Certificates of ACCA/ICAP: Attestation by British Council & ACCA for ACCA certificates.
  • Results Cards and Certificates of ICMAP: Attested by the authorized officer of ICMAP.
  • Certificates from Madaris: Attested by IBCC/HEC as per the case.
  • Hifz ul Quran Certificates: Only attested after prior attestation by IBCC.
  • Bonafide Certificates (University): Attested by the Registrar/Deputy Registrar of the University.
  • Bonafide Certificates (Schools/Colleges): Attested by District/Area Education Officer or IBCC.
  • Character Certificates from Educational Institutions: Attested by the Registrar/Deputy Registrar or Principal, as applicable.
  • School Leaving Certificates: Attested by IBCC or District Education Officer/PEIRA.
  • Educational/Experience Certificates from Abroad: Attested by Pakistan's Missions abroad.
  • IELTS/TOEFL Certificates: Attested by British Council or the relevant Embassy in Pakistan.
  • Reference Letters from Professors: Attested by the concerned Professor and countersigned by the Registrar.

Marriage and Divorce Documents

  • Normal Nikkah Nama: Original Nikkah Nama issued by Nikkah Registrar, along with MRC and CNIC of bride.
  • Online Marriage Nikkah Nama: Must be signed by bride and groom, with thumb impressions.
  • Nikkah Nama of AJK: Signed and stamped by Tehsil Mufti.
  • Nikkah with Foreign National: Attested with copy of passport, Pakistani visa, and date of entry in Pakistan.
  • Overseas Marriage Nikkah Nama: Attested by local Foreign Office and Pakistani Diplomatic Mission.
  • Normal Divorce Certificate: Issued by Arbitration Council or Union Council, requires personal submission for attestation.
  • Divorce Deed: Requires a computerized divorce certificate.
  • Divorce Proceeding Papers: Attested by the Arbitration Council.
  • Unmarried Certificate: Issued by the Secretary of the Union Council.
  • Death Certificates: Must be issued by NADRA or Union Council; for overseas Pakistanis, must be attested by the concerned embassy.

Medical Documents

  • Medical Degrees / Experience / Diploma Certificates: Attested by Ministry of National Health Services.
  • Nursing Diplomas: Attested by Ministry of National Health Services.
  • Fitness Certificates: Signed by MS/DMS/Civil Surgeon.
  • Medical Certificates for Bed Rest: Signed by MS/DMS or Civil Surgeon.
  • Covid-19 Lab Test Report: Must be issued by a government hospital with signature/seal.
  • Covid-19 Vaccination/Immunization Certificates: Attested by NADRA.
  • Polio Immunization Certificates: Attested by District Health Department.

Driving License Attestation

  • Original Driving License: Attested along with NOC from the concerned licensing authority.
  • Copies of Driving License: Must be attested by the concerned licensing authority.

Bank Papers

  • Bank Papers: Signed and stamped by the concerned Bank Officer or Manager.
  • Power of Attorney from Board of Directors of Banks: The Secretary of the Board must physically appear for attestation.

Commercial & Business Documents

  • Business/Commercial Agreements: Signed by company executives and countersigned by the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Power of Attorneys & Authority Letters: Executed on stamp paper, with personal appearance of the Executants.
  • IATA/Hajj/Umrah Agreements: Attested by the Department of Tourist Services (PTDC).
  • ISO Certificates: Attested by Pakistan's Mission in the country of origin.
  • Audit Reports of Private Companies: Attested by ICAP or accompanied by an affidavit from the concerned auditor.

Miscellaneous Documents

  • Documents Issued by Defense Organizations: Attested by designated officers of the Ministry of Defense.
  • Police Character Certificates: Issued by District Police Officer (DPO) or Political Agent in tribal areas.
  • Criminal FIRs: Attested if signed/stamped by DPO and routed through the Ministry of Interior.
  • Documents from Abroad: Attested by Pakistan Embassy/Consulate in that country.
  • Power of Attorney for Abroad (Outgoing): Attested by local District Registrar with passport-size photos of the executants.
